Even though I am practicing again, I'm still watching a lot of content related to The Last of Us. This's been going on for nearly 2 weeks already. I think the reason why I haven't stopped myself yet is because The Last of Us means way too much to me. It isn't a story that I personally relate to, but it is a story that has had a huge impact on me. It hasn't affected me in ways I can visibly see, but it has affected me in many tiny and paradoxically significant ways. It's hard to explain, but what I'm trying to say is that it's a story I don't want to let go just yet.
I just finished watching part 1 of Jack's playthrough of the second game, and I immensely prefer his playthrough of the game than Felix's. I realized that Felix wasn't that invested in the game, whereas Jack appreciated every moment of the game, and so that might've affected the way I think about and perceive the game. I'll probably enjoy this playthrough a lot more.
Mom and I are currently watching The Last of Us Cinematic Playthrough by Grant Voegtle, and I absolutely love and adore it and its creator. We don't have PlayStation consoles at home, and I don't think my parents would enjoy a playthrough of the game by someone else as much as I did, so finding this hidden gem brought me so much joy. I always wanted to show other people this beautiful story, and now, I have a great opportunity to.
