Again, I did not get up at 7 today. I did not go to bed until after midnight, a small win because I was going to bed at 2 or 3 am before. I did not feel anywhere near tired at 10; it came around 11 pm. I take it as a sign that my body is beginning to adjust naturally to a degree. I did not get up at 7 because I had woken up about an hour earlier due to hearing my aunt walking around getting ready to go to work. It was only 30 minutes later that I woke up again, and again at 7. I was not ready to get up. I did wake at 8 30 or 930; I am not sure which, and again decided not to get up because I was having an oddly good dream, which made no sense.
I had no idea what I was doing in the dream. Someone was doing something to me that was supposedly helping me... I have then awoken again at 10 30, and that is when I told myself I had to get out of bed. My family and I had our second covid shots today, so I had to have enough time to get ready.
With my toe being in the painful state that it is in, I am moving slowly, so I had to factor that in. My sister is convinced it is broken; I don't believe it is based on low discomfort. I definitely broke some blood vessels, without a doubt. If the pain and bruising don't subside by next week, I will more than likely go to the DR for an x-ray. Beyond that, I doubt there is much anyone can do, and I will need to do what I am doing until it heals and not overdo anything.
I will be going to bed around 10 tonight. It is 10 to 6 in the evening here, and I am already yawning even with a late-day cup of coffee. It could be a sign I am hungry too. I haven't eaten anything since breakfast. It could also mean I may have a migraine tomorrow....yay. I only know this because it has happened exactly that way a couple of times now.
I Gotta keep moving forward with my self-improvement.
