10 Days of Sleep Routine- Gains

My 10 AM meeting just finished and I am happy to say that I was on time and up at 7 AM. Granted I woke up feeling a little stunned. It took me a moment to realize that my stereo was going off. It felt like I had only just fallen asleep. According to my Fitbit, I got just over 7 hours of sleep. I take it with a grain of salt because there is always a margin of error with technology. Nevertheless, it is clear to me at least that I am adjusting to this. I have a couple more days of wins than I do misses, to me this is a small win and shows me that the routine is working because I am putting a conscious effort in, the desire to change is a powerful thing.

I am +6/4- according to my Habitica Habit. Since coming back to Habitica and really learning about it and how I should utilize it to change my habits, it has been a great tool There are still some aspects that I feel need some tweaking but all in all, it has been fun and continues to me with the people that I have found that are supportive and kind, without being judgemental.

I have been through a lot mentally and emotionally in the last six months and I feel like I am finally seeing the proverbial light at the end of the tunnel. I have to keep in mind though that I will still have days where I don't feel so upbeat and positive and that is okay, it is not the be-all-end-all, it is just a day and there are many more great ones ahead...
