Late going to bed last night- Midnight. I made the mistake of listening to some upbeat music when I should have gone to bed. None the less I was up at 7. I got dressed and took my dog out for an early morning walk. It only took me about 20 minutes to get up, dress and get out the door. I left all my other morning routine stuff for when I got back, which was around 8:30. I normally walk my dog for an hour a day. He needs to get most of his energy out because he can get pretty amped up when we first leave.
It did us both some good. On the flipside of this is that my hips hurt. I am fairly certain it has to do with the fact I have been sitting way more than I should, and my couch is not in the best of conditions- it's old.
I am tired, but I have not napped, and soon I will have to go and make dinner, as I got asked to do it before I sat down to type out this entry. We are having pork chops tonight.
I feel like tonight will definitely be an early night tonight- no reading or meditating required
