New Month New Habit(s)

Last night I spent time going over the habits that I have been building. Some of them I have had since I came back to Habitica many months ago. For the ones that are well established I have moved to the daily section. It took some thinking and research to find some new habits to work on.

My new Habits are:

  • listen to meditation via the Balance app
  • Read a book for 30-60 minutes a day.

I have kept some previous habits because I feel that they are not fully established but are on the way.

  • writing a daily journal entry
  • evening self-care routine
  • waking up at 7 am

I do my best fall the S.M.A.R.T strategy.
