I officially admit that I am out of shape. By the time I got back from today's walk, I felt disgusting. Perhaps it was the humidity, regardless it called for an immediate shower upon return. Yes, sweat is good for you because it means that your body is trying to try and cool down, but not when you feel like you have jumped into a pool full of it.
I felt so much better after. I even noticed that my hip seems to be getting better too. The more I do it the more I feel that it is a good way for me to start my day because I come back energized. I meant to put the towels away but didn't get around to it today because I ended up spending time with family sitting outside and talking.
This weekend should be interesting. I am going camping with friends from Friday-Monday. I am hoping to be able to walk my dog in the morning before I go. It will all depend on when my friends want me to be at their place. If I walk the dog before I go I will require a shower because I am out of shape. I know for a fact my family will not walk him and depending on when I get home one Monday I will have to walk him. It could possibly be an evening walk.
I also wish I could bring him with me but he doesn't; like strangers and one of the pair of friends has a baby. He hasn't met this group of people. only two of them.
I will be going for a walk tomorrow morning. It will be interesting to see how I get back into the habit when I get back from this trip. I am looking forward to it regardless.
Time to wind down for the night and disconnect.
