- Commitment really helped.
- Also watching Sheldon made it a better experience.
Goal #2: Go to the Gym and exercise

- Bring a towel and water bottle.
- Visualise a healthy body.
- Compliment self after sets.
- Exercise for 1 hour.
Feedback:
- Visualising really helped today. I visualised about having toned body, and everyone finding me attractive. I felt good and desirable. It gave me dopamine rush while exercising too.
- I had some sips of energy drink before gym.
- I also had a healthy breakfast before gym.
Goal #3: Edit Tasks in habitica to be easier to fulfil

- Review tasks and create goal-orientated tasks.
- Complete under 1 hour.
- Compliment yourself after completing.

- It was a pretty easy task.

- Reward self with a dessert and an episode of Sheldon after completing.

- I had to cut in half the amount of Engineering Firms I had to find information in as it actually took longer for me to undertake each task.
- I still managed to complete it under 1 hour.
