Goal #1: Have a healthy breakfast.

Actionable Plans:

  1. Make cereals.
  2. Make mixed drinks.
  3. Compliment yourself for having a healthy breakfast.
  4. Finish breakfast in 30 minutes.

Feedback:

  • Commitment really helped.
  • Also watching Sheldon made it a better experience.

Goal #2: Go to the Gym and exercise

Actionable Plans:

  1. Bring a towel and water bottle.
  2. Visualise a healthy body.
  3. Compliment self after sets.
  4. Exercise for 1 hour.

Feedback:

  • Visualising really helped today. I visualised about having toned body, and everyone finding me attractive. I felt good and desirable. It gave me dopamine rush while exercising too.
  • I had some sips of energy drink before gym.
  • I also had a healthy breakfast before gym.

Goal #3: Edit Tasks in habitica to be easier to fulfil

Actionable Plans:

  1. Review tasks and create goal-orientated tasks.
  2. Complete under 1 hour.
  3. Compliment yourself after completing.

Feedback:

  • It was a pretty easy task.

Goal #4: Complete HPM 2

Actionable Plans:

  1. Make this goal approach oriented. Imagine a desirable reward/achievement to fulfil or complete this task.
  2. Complete under 1 hour.
  3. Reward self with a dessert and an episode of Sheldon after completing.
  4. Compliment self after completing.

Feedback:

  • I had to cut in half the amount of Engineering Firms I had to find information in as it actually took longer for me to undertake each task.
  • I still managed to complete it under 1 hour.

Goal #5: Complete HPM 3

Actionable Plans:

  1. Make this goal approach oriented. Imagine a desirable reward/achievement to fulfil or complete this task.
  2. Focus on mastery goal. It's all about improving skills and self.
  3. Complete under 1 hour.
  4. Reward self with allowing self to check the phone and play games.
  5. Compliment self after completing.

  2. Focus on a performance goal. It's all ticking that checklist.
  3. Complete under 2 hours.
  4. Reward self with a nap.

  2. Empty bins.
  3. Put away things that are needed for daily in a box.
