Goals

Goal #1: Finish the dailies in habitica.

  1. Commit yourself. Be mindful when undertaking the task.
  2. Visualise that you are improving your self-discipline and self-confidence as you undertake the task. Your values are being shaped.
  3. Compliment yourself after completing one task.

Feedback:

  • Tasks have been completed.
  • Felt a bit of anxiety before opening up the emails.
  • Need to further reflect on why the anxiety happens.
  • Got distracted while completing some tasks.

Goal #2: Declutter room

  1. Put away clothes.
  2. Empty and change the bin.
