Goal #1: Finish the dailies in habitica.
- Commit yourself. Be mindful when undertaking the task.
- Visualise that you are improving your self-discipline and self-confidence as you undertake the task. Your values are being shaped.
- Compliment yourself after completing one task.
Feedback:
- Tasks have been completed.
- Felt a bit of anxiety before opening up the emails.
- Need to further reflect on why the anxiety happens.
- Got distracted while completing some tasks.
Goal #2: Declutter room
- Put away clothes.
- Empty and change the bin.
