I woke up early, though I'm not sure what time exactly.
I began my morning routine by brushing my teeth, applying facial cleanser, and even tried putting on some moisturizer.
I had a bowl of cereal for breakfast, and a 16oz. bottle of water.
After breakfast, I played The Sims 3 for a while until it was time to play Project Zomboid. I had an event on there and had been really looking forward to it. It was super fun.
For lunch, I had an everyday kale salad with mushrooms. It was delicious as always. However, I definitely think that it needed some oil... or maybe less lemon juice.
I honestly don't remember what I did for the remainder of the day.
I grew tired, though I wanted to exercise while K was at work.
Instead of exercising, I ended up taking a two-hour long nap and woke up to have dinner with her and took my meds before going back to bed.
Today, I'm still tired for some reason. Unmotivated.
I haven't brushed my teeth yet, or even gotten close to starting my morning routine.
Instead, I've had candy.
The only healthy thing that I have done today is drink a 16oz. bottle of water.
I need to take a shower, brush my teeth, apply my facial cleaner, and skip breakfast to make up for the candies.
No plans for the day though it would be nice to complete as many of my habit goals as possible.
I've considered truly starting after New Years, but I don't really think anyone actually follows through with their resolutions, and in any case, it's best to start right away with at least creating some atomic habits in prep.
Today is a Monday.
