A-Shopping We Will Go!

I'm supposed to meet mom in Short Pump this a.m. to finish our holiday shopping. I'm feeling quite rushed today, because I didn't wake up until 3:30, and I had to finish packaging the cookies I spent the majority of the evening cooking last night, since the love of my life gave me less than 48h notice that he wanted to take cookies for his coworkers... then didn't help hardly at all with the actual BAKING of the cookies. *le sigh*

I had some left over, so I put some in a box to send to mom's.

Well, I have about 1h15m before I have to leave, and I am still sitting around in my robe... but I *did* get the dirty dishes stacked neatly beside the sink, waiting to be washed either upon my return, or in the morning, and I plan to make the bed when I get dressed, and hopefully get a load of laundry started before I leave... whew. I'm tired just thinking about my day! 😮‍💨 but I'm looking forward to spending time with mom 🥰
