On Saturday we planned to convene a couple hours early and have a short session because England’s World Cup match was in the afternoon. But Kan didn’t show up. Instead of Abyssos, we seven-manned Titan Savage unsynced to farm the mount. The Titan fight is so good and I remember none of it and got punted off the platform approximately 100 times.
Kan appeared right at the end of our planned raid time. “Power outage’d,” he said. “Just came back up. I’m so sorry guys.”
“Just in time to watch England win,” said Dante.
“Didn’t he fake a power outage in Mercs?” said HGR. “That happened, right?”
It definitely did. Well, the past is the past. Who knows.
Also, England lost. Anyway, on Sunday we got back to Agdistis and animal nomenclature. We’ve settled on “dog” for the dogs and “bull” for the minotaurs. Unfortunately HGR and Dante use GGG terminology, calling the dogs “behemoths” which imo are a lot closer to minotaurs than dogs.
We’re currently on the quad stack/spread mechanic. That’s a LOT of stacks and spreads. Every attempt has been a total fracas so far—someone goes to the wrong platform, or just slightly overlaps spreads, and we all die in a tidal wave of cascading donuts—although Dante has managed to survive a couple times solo due to tank privilege.
