Sometimes it is so difficult to get anything done. I feel like I spend most of my day sitting staring at my computer or phone but never really getting anything done. I feel like I have been in a constant state of brain fog for the last year and it almost never lifts.
Generally if the brain fog does lift it is at night and by then I don't have the energy to do any of my actual work, I've just been at work all day, why would I want to do more work on my wind down time at home. It is a dreadful and unfulfilling cycle where I just constantly feel like I have accomplished nothing.
