I went outside again to march today. The class also did a B flat scale while marching, which was really, really hard! I definitely need to practice marching and keeping in step after school.
The class finished reading chapters 13 and 14 of To Kill a Mockingbird and I turned my assignment in.
History was interesting. I got to learn about 2 presidents and partner up with Manny for the final, which is writing a bill and proposing it. We're thinking of writing a bill on something related to environmental problems today.
In Algebra, we started to find the GCFs of a set of coordinates. It was so hard!
I had to do a vosa on 14.3 in Biology, which was fairly easy.
In Spanish, the teacher went over ser and estar (to be). I already knew about those two from 8th grade though. I remembered DOCTOR and PLACE, too!
Foundations of Design was a bit more difficult. The class is working on a Mother's Day project and I had many questions to ask my teacher. Good thing I asked, though, or I would've been stuck!
Ups of the Day
I had lots of fun marching outside and Naveah and Savannah helped me to keep in step and time!
I had fun discussing what our bill was going to be about with Manny.
