School Day Review

We marched again during band class. The Apple Blossom Festival Parade is this Saturday! We had a sub in English and Algebra and both classes were pretty easy. In US History we learned some about Bill Clinton and George W. Bush. In Biology and Spanish, we had to do test-like assignments. The Review for Chapter 12 in Biology and a Vocab Test in Spanish. Foundations of Design B class was the same, we continued working on our Mother's Day Projects.

Upcoming Events - Am I Ready?

Apple Blossom Parade - Yeah, I feel ready! I may need to practice marching a bit more, though.

Denver Competition - It's gonna sneak up on me, but I feel ready. I don't like the fact that I have to be at the school by 6:00 AM, though.

Ups of the Day

• I got to march today! Whoohoo!
• Got to spend time with friends.
• One of my friends read the fanfiction I'm currently working on and she said it was great.
• The people on the bus weren't too annoying today!!!

Downs of the Day

• I got a C on my Vocab Test in Spanish :(
• I had to walk home in 80-degree weather

Accomplishments/Goals Made Today

• I reached my goal on Duolingo
• I also did a bit extra on Duolingo
• I spent less time on my phone (meaning listening to music less during class when I'm allowed to)
• I had around 20 minutes of walking :D

Warrior Cat of the Day

Mapleshade! Oh my goodness this character is so interesting to me! First, let me say that I feel really bad for her. Her actions were caused by the loss of her kits and her mate rejecting her (boo you, Appledusk). Also, Oakstar should've waited until the kits were at least 6 moons old. 'Cause isn't that technically neglecting kits if you exile them along with their mother? Also, don't blame Mapleshade for the kits' death, Appledusk, she had nowhere else to go. And, when she died, she technically had completed her goals. She killed three cats to avenge her kits. Tigerstar (the first one) never really completed his goals when he was alive, nor did Brokenstar. Also, did you know that Mapleshade's kits as spirits talking to her were hallucinations?
