Today was an ok day. I got frustrated a couple of times, noticed it was often when I'm hungry. I'm using an app to help with habit formation and to do lists so I put down eating meals as a daily task. I also put in taking a tea break when I'm feeling overwhelmed since I don't smoke.
I think mostly what I'm trying to do is combat my depression and anxiety through keeping up with the things I need to do. I have been told that journaling can help me with both recognizing bad mental health habits and promote good ones. While I haven't been journaling prior to this, I have been doing "letters to my son." Where I write letters to my child about life events which kind of helps me process motherhood and it's sometimes overwhelming emotions.
