Helloo! I promised myself I will try to write here daily but already failed lol. Anyways, I visited my village, attended a family function and went on a trek with friends!
So on 30th June and 1st of July, I was out in my village, visited my dad's family farm and also my mom's family farm. It was so refreshing leaving the city for once although I live outside of the city it felt really good. I just love travelling whether its in a car or a train, I love long rides ig. We came back very late on 1st July so I straight up went to sleep.
On 2nd of July I went to my friend's play where he was playing the main role, it was a mime act and I seriously loved it so much! They even got 2nd prize for it and I am sure he will get 1st for his acting, but the individual prizes are yet to be declared.
I think I did nothing on 3rd, it was just a normal holiday for me, played a lot of tft i believe and slept. Nothing too much productive. But attended a family function with my mom on 4th, it was great! Meeting with cousins and having fun is always great, and the food was also amazing ngl. 5th was also a normal day, I just slept a lot because of all the travelling I did past few days. And I was also planning to go on a trek with my friends the next day, so I absolutely needed the rest.
Trek day! Me and three of my friends decided we wanna go trekking so bad because they were busy with their exams and I was bored of lonely vacation before. So we decided to go on a comparatively harder fort, none of us have ever been to it so we had no one who knew the routes, but we still decided on it for the sake of adventure. I think we left at around 7 AM on two bikes. They picked me up near my place, we filled up the gas and left for the fort. It is rainy season currently so there is a lot of greenery which makes up for some of the best views in the mountains. It wasn't that cold when we left but because of the speed we had to wear our jackets. We couldn't actually see which mountain had a fort on it because it was so foggy and also most mountains were inside of clouds. But as we got close we suddenly saw a peak coming out of clouds way above us but so close to us like we were literally few meters away from it. We kinda got scared but were excited more than ever after seeing the peak. Also we saw far less people on the way to the fort so we thought that we might be the only ones there, but felt relieved after seeing six mopeds parked at the base of the mountain. And well the one of our bike got a flat tire just as we reached the parking. There were no mechanics on the way so we just said f*ck it lets climb the mountain first and worry about it later. It was actually not that hard of a climb as we expected, mostly because we were excited and together having fun. Took us about one and half hour to climb to top, stayed there for an hour or so and then started descending the fort. My friends wanted to climb another fort 20 KMs away from us, but I suggested lets fix the tire first and then decide what we want to do next. Considering there were no mechanics on our way we searched on google and saw one 2 KMs away from us, so decided to walk all the way because the tire was now fully empty. Stopped at a hotel midway and had a great lunch. Asked the lady there about mechanic nearby and she suggested one that was over 6 kilometers away from there. So we just left to find the one which was nearer and turns out he did not have the tools to fix out flat tire. And so we walked for another 6 KMs to the one that lady suggested, wasted an whole hour doing all that and finally got out tire fixed. By then it was almost 3 PM so we did not have enough time to make it to the next fort and climb it before it closes, so we decided to visit waterfalls instead. Which was just another level of fun and thrill, climbing waterfalls is a lot harder than climbing mountains because its all slippery due to water. We played in the water, it started raining too so we were all wet by the time we got down. Then left for home on a one hour long journey.
Overall, the day was so much fun, even though we had to walk a lot because of the flat tire we enjoyed every single minute of it.
Nothing much happened since then, just usual TFT, and ya went to college one day to check up my result.
That's about it, see ya!
