00:05 (of the next day)
I had a pretty busy day today. Well for the most part it was just the same as yesterday, except I got a bit more personal stuff done after work, but I didn't exercise. Actually I spent maybe 4 hours or so after work not really working on anything, and so I could have easily put in an hour to running. However, at the time, I thought I would be too busy with personal things to work on that, so I didn't have the chance to run. I think I need to reframe that to always having enough time to run for at least an hour a day.
Yeah there's 24 hours in a day, which is quite a lot. 8 hours is used for sleeping. 9 hours is used for work. That's 17 hours used up, and then I have 7 hours of free time. I could use 1 hour to exercise. The remaining 6? I usually waste that away. I can be focused. I just need to be more focused.
If we use the same to do list from yesterday, I did every item on that list except for running. Yesterday I did every single item except working on stuff after work. Am I only able to complete 4 items a day? Is that my limit? I think it's a good idea to start days off writing down some things to do, I found it helpful in figuring out which activities were important.
Tomorrow's another day. I'll do better tomorrow.
