it keeps happening

IT KEEPS HAPPENING I just noticed all my journal entries from this year (in microsoft word) are labeled as “2023” I got it wrong on the first one and just kept copy-pasting it every time lolol

at least it’s not just me. for my current project, one piece of documentation was logged on January 15, 2020, but the notes state that a courtesy copy was sent to X on “January 16, 2019”
