I don't know why, but today, the world seems so fast and heavy. My body just wants to lay in bed all day and just rest. I am uncertain this has something to do with my hormones, but all I know is that I just feel so sleepy and floating all day. I think my body just needs extra rest today. I should be kind to myself. However, unproductivity isn't that bad, right?
Resting is still productive because you're allowing your body to heal and recover itself. So, don't feel bad for resting :))
