Alright Day Despite Only 6 Hours of Sleep

7:48 AM (of Friday, July 4th 2020)

Today is Thursday, July 3rd 2020 and I fell asleep last night at 1 AM and woke up at around 7 AM. That's only around 6 hours of sleep which is actually alright, but lately I've been averaging 4-6 hours of sleep a night which is really bad. Later tonight I would sleep at 11 PM and wake up the next day at 7 AM, so I get 8 hours of sleep again for tomorrow at least.

Today though, I only had 6 hours of sleep and I felt very drowsy. This morning I worked on yesterday's journal entry first thing, and then I ate some breakfast which was just some rice, vegetables, and meatless meatballs. I studied for the rest of the morning until around 8:30 or 9 AM when I started working. I ate four plates of food total throughout the morning, having a plan that I wouldn't be eating after 12 PM.

Work was pretty good today too, I just worked on some things here and there throughout the day. I got a decent amount of work done, there was a meeting at 2 PM today that also went well. I ended the day finishing some things I was working on, and tomorrow is a holiday, so I'll start Monday with a clean slate figuratively speaking.

After work I took a break for a bit, watching some videos and browsing the Internet. I did eat another plate of food at this point too, just a small plate of snacks though.

At around 7:30 PM I went out for a walk, I drove out to that wealthy neighborhood area again, parked, and then walked for two hours. I got back home at around 10 PM, and it was already very dark. The reason I get back home so late is because I have to traverse all the distance I just walked all over again, and I walk pretty far. I can't just teleport to my car the instant it gets dark. About 75% of my walk is in sunlight, and it gets dark very gradually. By the time I get to my car it's already pitch black at night even though I start my walks in bright daylight.

I got back home at around 10 PM and at home I worked on my homework and that was pretty much the only thing I did at home. Well I did wash my feet too because I walked in sandals and it gets really dirty for some reason, possibly from kicking up a lot of dust and other things. After working on the homework assignment, I went to sleep at around 11 PM because I was too tired to do anything else. I was so sleepy so I just went to sleep.

Anyway that was my day today. I thought it was alright, I did pretty well even though I didn't get as much sleep as I wanted to get
