So I ordered a group meal and waited for an hour. Usually it would arrive at around 30 mins. So I decided to look at the receipt again, and realized that I had selected the wrong option. It was supposed to be 'delivery', but the option I selected was 'takeaway'. It says on the e-receipt that if the food isn't claimed within 30mins, it will be discarded already with no cancellation or refund.
So, I paid my mom of what's left in my wallet because we paid for that food with the e-money she has, but she told me to just order from somewhere else with a COD option haha. I paid for the meal instead.
