Recently, I have been into the topic of NeuroScience. Especially, rhythmic cycles. I wonder why sometimes after solving a problem, my brain decides to take a break before going to another. I open another problem's webpage but I just close my computer flap and something tells me to not do it. Does my brain wants to celebrate the previous question. But, I tend to avoid it as the celebration takes much longer than the time spend to solve the problem and more than that, I dont have so much time. Its just on sane weekend mornings like today. Truly, they are so few in my life.
Maybe more than celebration, it wants to settle it somewhere in the memory or maybe celebration meant going out and my brain is a betrayed and traumatized kid who can no longer wait for bigger wins to celebrate because it knows that those wins will never arrive. Yeah, its true as this fight between different parts of my brain just crumple me to look for an easy escape which is an illusion. Yeah, I am talking about scrolling on my phone. To conclude, maybe I just need to celebrate small wins.
But you know what, magic happens when you bring the dimensions of time. Time bounded sprints are proven to have best productivity results, but on the boundations, that you follow the rules of the sprint. And, for the rules of the sprint to be imposed on you, you need to loose some power to someone else who will govern this sprint and thats where the loophole comes. You can never really share your power with someone who has not given it to you. In simpler terms, god gave us the power to live this life, then we gave our brain the power to choose in between seconds of it. This sprint of life seems to have some unknown goals and maybe known rules. But this all seems too far from my reality as I am not in a sprint but still have rules of others imposed on me.
I have a lot of things I want to change in this world, but also somewhere I feel clueless to do so. Apart from those, I wish to accumulate fame and money, but not at the cost of my own peace and joys. Sometimes, I wonder if this word truly needs to change, then how do I find peace in the oscillations. Like all the things in nature, I want to possess a peaceful consciousness. Something, which is oscillating not with emotions but with conditions. This seems to need some alterations, which I believe have association with frequencies, as they have the power to alter illusions present to us. I wonder if I can ever study my stable or peaceful frequencies with the unstable or disturbed ones.

Is this like a shrodinger equation where you cannot know your brain frequencies and your trauma which caused it at the same time? I think all we need to heal and to have peace, is just to know the reason why our brain frequencies are like what they are. Its like being the know it all living being. I wonder what dimension it is.
The problem is how to do what we are supposed to do. First and foremost, don't question the why. Because you wont find the answer. If you had known the answer, then you would have already done it. You have still not done it, means that the why is not strong enough and you just decided to do it. Maybe, because it seems to have the highest probability, of being what you are supposed to do but it could just be a false value. So, dont think about the why, just know that it all what the past you had demanded for peace. After that, the next step is to know your brain frequencies when you are working for that problem and alter your current ones.

Ofcourse, these frequencies are not specific to your problem, but a genralized version. I wish to have a model to predict the specific versions. That would be so saas. Damn cool. It will definately be mixed with some emotions of reaching the top, going down when stuck and then again trying to go up.
As for the binaural beats, they are good, but they do not solve my problems all the time, especially when I am stuck. Maybe, I still do not know how to switch between work and breaks. Especially with all the distractions as a result of my addictions. Its not just phone addiction but also sugar addiction. Well, I find these Binaural beats similar to Bhramari Pranayama (a Yoga technique) in many ways. Especially the relaxing beats. Maybe, we need to practice these states of going in deep work modes by ourselves, but need a little push as they do not seem to be more rewarding than other things. The push I am talking about could be these binaural beats. But remember, we have cycles, with the demands to rest and recharge. This again has various forms, but I believe that all of them leads to repositioning of some ions for a fresh start. (Repositioning by excitation and then release of energy to fall in their most stable states.) And one way to do so is by excerzing.
After giving all this philosophical talk, I literaly only completed 3 questions in the whole day. Well, let's not judge this.
