Today has been largely the same as yesterday. I'm satisfied with today, but at the same time I feel like I didn't get much done, maybe because I didn't go beyond what I normally do.
In the morning, I walked outside starting at around 8:30 AM. That's how I decided to start today. I felt pretty good and active after the morning walk. I think I need to go beyond this daily task though.
I tracked my calorie intake again today, set my limits to 2200, and I exceeded that by going to 2600. It's still a pretty good improvement from the 2900 yesterday. I am surprised at the people who say they couldn't gain any weight as a vegan because I struggle to lose weight. I actively exercise every day and it's pretty hard. Though I did lose weight from being obese, at my heaviest I was at 250+ pounds, and I'm now at around 180 pounds, and have maintained that weight loss for 10 years. I did balloon to like 220 around 2020 during the pandemic, but I lost that again within a year. My lowest was 170 pounds in 2017, and I got to 173 last year.
Other than this, today was pretty much the same exact thing as yesterday. I need to work on organizing my life.
