I have decided that I will continue using AYearAgo Today as my journaling platform. I tried a few days hand written, but it is easier to do it here, where I can make it public, providing instant accountability. I was very surprised yesterday at weigh in for diabetes prevention class. I had thought that the scale at the Gastro office was broken when it said I had lost 8 Lbs between Monday and Friday last week, but when I weighed in yesterday I had lost 10 Lbs since last Monday. I was very surprised. I was also very happy to have made so much progress. I have 5 more to loose to meet my January goal. I'm looking forward to my visit to my Momma's tomorrow. It will be fun to play with the dog, and my family will have much to say.
