Made it to over 74 hours of not eating anything. I'm so hungry and tired right now, but I have to keep on going. I was reading my entry from yesterday when I was only 49 hours in, and now I'm more than 24 hours beyond that. Not much has happened since then. I've been just lying in bed most of the time, taking naps and browsing the Internet every now and then.
My weight has finally dropped to below 170 pounds. I was expecting that I would be 170.2 pounds today, and that I would have to wait another day to be below 170, but I was below 170 since I woke up this morning. Woohoo! This is a major accomplishment, the first time that I'm below 170 pounds in over 15 years. It took a long time, but we finally did it.
I'm just so hungry and tired and starving right now. From the previous two times that I've done this, it gets worse on day 10. It feels the worst on day 10 and beyond. I don't know if I can actually last that long.
Everyone has their own experience with doing this, some people seem to do it easily, other people have a much harder time. I have a harder time I think. The difficulty level of this is insanely high to me. I have constant urges of just opening up one of the dried passion fruit containers and eating a dried passion fruit. That would be so freaking delicious right now. The only problem is that it would reset my fast, and all these hours I've already put in would then amount to nothing.
I'm so exhausted. I can barely move or do anything, but I'm not sleepy either. I can walk around and do things, I'm just way too tired to. Maybe tomorrow I'll go out and walk outside at the park, or maybe pull some weeds from my backyard. People that succeed in doing this seem to have other activities that they fill their time with. I don't have anything to do.
So tired. So hungry. Can I last longer than this, or will I give in? I like to imagine giving in, but then all my progress would go away. It's better if I keep on going. Just keep going. Just keep going.
Anyway, that was my day today.
