Hey.... yesterday i have completed my 10th day of journaling and that's a ecstatic feeling for me.....i never thought i would be maintaining my streak for more than 2 days but it just the beginning....there's a lot to come in life.... Everything is in place be it study, diet...but the primary goal for me is to increase efficiency and productivity even more since i feel i take a lil extra time to understand any concept...so yeah now talking bout fitness...Today i had extra protein in my diet since my focus is to have high protein diet while cutting lil carbs and at the slight caloric deficit so there's a progression of muscle at the same time losing fat but the body weight is maintained...MY weekly plan is (5 days light cardio including 3 days light running,2-3 days weighted exercises.)...lets gooo and make the day tomorrow according to ourselves.
