Day 17th of my journaling!!

Hey,....today was okaish day for me ...started with light cardio followed by healthy diet and studied for considerate amount of time but then i was kinda low in mood mainly because of looking at the syllabus which is quite long and then i had to make myself understand that routine, putting small efforts daily will do the job....
