Today is Tuesday, February 18th, 2025. Today started off much like yesterday and the day before, I did a decent amount of my workouts upon the first couple of hours of being awake. I completed around 70% of my workouts really early on, doing the reps in one set instead of distributing them out to 2-4 sets. So for example normally I might do 10 push ups in a row for a single set, this time I did 25 in a set, and same for all my other workouts. I did 40 leg raises all in one set instead of 20 normally, and did 30 crunches in one set instead of 20 normally, and so on. Really early on in the day, I completed 70% of my workouts.
There were just a small amount of workouts left that I had to do. Just 15 more push ups (piece of cake), 10 more squats (super easy), I also did all of my pull-ups and chin-up already. If I had just looked at my list of workouts that I had left to do, I would have done them. At night time though, I was way too tired and exhausted from working all day, and basically said "F it" to all my dailies left for the day. I had so many incomplete dailies today, including all of my workouts, and lots of other things. It was disappointing.
The good thing though, is that I completed a lot of work today. If there was anything good about today, it was at least that. I also walked around in my neighborhood this morning wearing a bright red "Go Vegan" shirt, woohoo! I did all of my brain training, and all of my vegan activism posts for the day.
Speaking of, my before and after photo from 250 pounds to 160 pounds is really popular. People really like it. There was some guy on X today, and apparently this is Elon Musks' alternative account. The guy goes by the name Adrian Dittmann, people speculate him to be Elon Musk, and have posted evidence showing how likely it is. I wouldn't be surprised if it were Elon Musk.
Anyway, this guy makes a post saying something like "If you ever want to know why we need to eat meat, just look at what vegans have to go through simply to just survive," and I'm like, what? What am I doing that's so difficult or crazy just to survive? I don't put in any more effort than when I used to eat meat, I probably put in significantly less effort because I'm healthier without trying nearly as much.
I retweet his post and post my own before/after photo, asking "please tell me what I'm doing that's so different or difficult. I live a pretty simple life. I am 19/20 on the left, and 31 on the right, vegan for 12 years," and it went semi-viral, getting thousands of views and hundreds of like. I mean I have many posts that get thousands of views and hundreds of likes, it's pretty normal for me to make a post and get those results. But what was special here, is that I posted some replies to people in Adrian Dittman's post, and he ended up hiding most of my posts.
You can tell the posts have been hidden, because they say "This post has been hidden by the post author." Hiding posts is the way you "delete" posts on X. You can't really delete posts, but you can hide people's reply to your post. People will still be able to see hidden posts if they follow the person who's post has been hidden, but people who don't won't. I noticed most of my replies were hidden by him!!! This is very Elon Musk-esque for his personality. He has silenced and banned people who spoke up against him before, so I'm not surprised to have my posts hidden by him.
So if this is actually Elon Musk, then it's cool to have been noticed by him, by a celebrity, by the wealthiest man on the planet right now, by one of the most powerful people in politics right now. I don't like Elon Musk, I think he's a fool, but I acknowledge he is extremely powerful, extremely wealthy, and he is one of the best people in business. His businesses suck, they don't earn any income, Toyota has more sales and more revenue yet Tesla is worth significantly more, SpaceX wouldn't be around without the billions in government subsidies and grants that Elon wastes.
So I do think he is a fool, but at the same time, it is cool to be noticed by him, if this guy is him. There's also a good chance that he isn't.
Anyway, that was my day today.
