I think I'm getting the hang of this. I think that the more frequently I get into a productive state, the easier and faster it will be for me to ease my mind and body into it. I plan to go through the chapter 3 review questions in my certirication exam reiview/study guide book in my next session - as the task on the top of the first hour of productivity. As usual in my journal entries, it is technically already tomorrow since it is now past midnight. However, at least Im feeling like I'm going to sleep more readily than I did in the past couple of nights. And at least I have come to like my study space, and the space that I sleep in, too. And I'm still doing okay with keeping these spaces functionally separate.
