Still mostly blobbing around in Valheim. It’s a chill experience roaming the meadows, hunting deer and boars, with HGR and newbie’s adventures providing background audio. (“Piece of shit keybind!!” yells HGR.) I do want to go on some expeditions for the Full Valheim Experience™, but mostly I’m here to chill and hang out, not to engage in Intense Action Gameplay.
It’s an office day, so no background audio for me today. Last night I was playing Valheim with the bros. After midnight I turned to finishing my current project, and I went to bed shortly after 1 am. Woke at 6:10 am (with my alarm set for 6:50), slept fitfully until 6:38, and then decided it was not worth it to try and go back to sleep for 12 more minutes. Snorlax is not going to be happy.
On the plus side, we’ve gone straight from polar vortex to February heat wave. It’s 50 degrees out. Totally absurd. I’m rocking a fall jacket today. Also I went for lunch at the jianbing place I saw last week and it was fantastic. New lunch place get!
