Fasting Day 3 of 4

Today was a pretty typical day. It went by pretty quickly with work and everything. At around 5:30 PM, I went to Marshall's again and wore glasses this time, so I could observe if people were looking at me or making eye contact with me. The reason for this is that I looked at myself in the mirror, and I was like, holy shit, I think I look like hot shit, though I can't really judge myself, so I went out to Marshall's to scrutinize how people would respond to my new appearance. Normally I can't see people's eyes well enough to know if they're making eye contact with me without my glasses.

And the answer is no, I didn't notice people looking at me or making eye contact with me all that much. I think it was more so than before, but not that much still. I kept an eye out for women looking at me or making eye contact with me, or any preening. Preening is a possible interest signal, it could be someone adjusting their hair or clothing, when they notice someone who interests them. Preening could be entirely subconscious, even guys do it too, like I might subconsciously wave my fingers through my hair if I see an attractive woman. Preening might not mean anything too, but yeah I used to look for it a lot in middle school and high school, and girls would preen all the time to me back in the day.

So at Marshall's, there would be random women preening every now and then, but I don't think that was directed at me, except maybe one. There was a woman who walked by me, she was slightly taller than me, she looked at me and then preened as she walked by. Likely preened because of me, but who knows. It's just a possible sign of interest, it could mean absolutely nothing too.

When I got in line though, I think there was a homosexual guy in front of me, because of the way he moved and the way he was wearing a purse. It wasn't a man purse that went around his shoulder and down to his waist either, it was more like a woman's purse, with a short strap that went down to his chest. And he also walked and moved in a dainty way, had a mustache, reminds me of Freddie Mercury. I didn't see any pride bracelet or anything though, that would have been a more obvious sign, so I'm just making assumptions here.

Anyway, this man did keep looking at me, kept stealing glances every now and then, several times while we stood in line. I noticed a woman up ahead also did the same thing. Maybe I am delusional, she definitely made eye contact with me a few times, and also stole glances often. The most telling though, was there was a random guy walking down the aisle, he made attractive direct eye contact with me as he was walking by, and muttered some words to the air as he walked by, maybe I even saw him biting his lip? Maybe I am delusional? I was actually very startled by that, and even recoiled a little.

That was all I noticed though. It may have all been delusional. I didn't see anyone make any eye contact or anything while I was out and about shopping and looking at different items, but in line, that's when I saw people started stealing glances. Again I might just be delusional and imagining it all.

I noticed far better treatment from the cashier. When I came up to the counter, she smiled brightly at me and said "buenas noches". Maybe it's completely normal for the cashiers to greet us like this and smiling, maybe I just haven't been paying attention consciously enough to notice it every previous time, but I did notice it this time. I think she was super friendly. She wasn't stealing glances or anything though. She said a bunch of stuff in Spanish I couldn't understand, I don't know if she was speaking in friendly terms about something non-shopping related or if it was about signing up for a Marshall's credit card, I don't know.

But yeah, I am very tired and sleepy now. I think I look hot, but I can't rate myself.

Anyway, that was my day today.
