Fasting Day 4 of 4

It's around 2 hours until I can eat, but I am actually holding off for another 4 hours as an extra discipline challenge. My goal is 4 days or 96 hours, but because 100 is so close anyway, I'm extending it to 100 hours.

What's also coincidental is that I started my fast at 10:22 PM, on March 10th. I wasn't planning that time at all or anything, that was just the last time I ate anything and the time I pressed the button to start the timer. Well, 10:22 PM is 96 hours in, but 2:22 AM is 100 hours in. 100 hours in just coincidentally happened to be 2:22, isn't that cool?

I also happened to start the timer at around 10:22:20, so the seconds time is really close to 22 as well. Due to these coincidences, I decided to extend my fast to exactly 2:22:22 AM. I plan on putting food in my mouth at exactly that time, if I'm still awake.

While fasting, sometimes I would go to sleep not knowing if I would wake up again, seriously. I feel so weak and drained, but so conscious of every moment and of my body as well, that I'm not sure if I would even wake up at all after taking a nap. I'm only 4 days in too, barely any time at all compared to the 14 days I've fasted 3 times now. I've fasted for 14 days, 3 times. 4 days should be a piece of cake by now, but it isn't. It feels like holding your breath for 4 days. Honestly I don't even know how I made it to 7 days, let alone 14, but I did it, 3 times.

Thankfully I don't look like a ghoul this time around. I am lighter today than when I ended my previous fast at 155 pounds, but my face isn't gaunt, and I don't look so thin and frail. Fasting for over 10 days caused my face to become like how it was in that entry, but right now it's looking pretty fit.

So I thought I looked good yesterday, but I uploaded that selfie on Photofeeler, and on average I got rated a 3 from 10 votes from women. So I'm very ugly? A 3/10? One of the comments was that they thought this was a fake image, or maybe I photoshopped it or I wore makeup or something. Did all the voters think that? The photo wasn't brushed up at all. I just took a selfie in front of a wall, in decent lighting, and that was it. I didn't use any other app or anything to improve it, because when I use those, it does seem so obvious that it's brushed up, but this one wasn't.

Anyway, yesterday I went to Marshall's. I forgot to post the food that I purchased, this is $96 worth of foods from Marshall's. If we are just talking about 2000 calories a day, this would probably last 2 weeks, but I eat it all much faster than that, and I don't gain weight, no matter how much I eat, and some days I've eaten 4000+ calories of these foods, seriously!! Although I do combine it with an hour of exercise daily plus 1.5 hours of walking, and potentially more.

This is basically all I've been eating for the entire past month. Dried edamame, dried fruits, possibly some dried chickpeas, and possibly protein bars. There's no more protein bars, so I just bought some Luna bars instead, I have never had them before. Yeah, this is seriously pretty much all I ate last month. Edamame almost every day, dried figs and dried mulberries almost every day. I never cooked anything at all last month, and in fact, this entire month too. No cooked foods.

I will eat at a vegan restaurant probably tomorrow or Monday though, just to celebrate completing my fast. 154 pounds. I mean I thought I would look muscular now with abs, but I don't. There's actually still so much fat on me. I don't think I will look shredded until I'm in the low 140s.

It's weird, when I was at 180 pounds, I thought that surely if I dropped down to 155 I would have abs, but I don't. There's still so much fat on me. I put photos of what I look like shirtless in yesterday's entry, and it's nowhere close to abs. Still such a high body fat %.

Anyway, I am sleepy. I don't know if I can go to sleep right now though. I worked today too, but the power went out at around 2-3 PM. That time was extremely boring, I had no Internet and I couldn't go outside either, because I had no energy to move., so I just watched videos I downloaded on my computer instead. I was so bored and hungry and tired. It is extremely typical that the power goes out here by the way, it went out for like 5-6 hours and didn't come on until just recently, like less than an hour ago, maybe less than 30 minutes ago.

Anyway, that was my day today. The fast isn't over yet, I still have to bare through another 6 hours. But compared to the 94 hours I've already completed, the final 6 should be nothing.
