Two New Books!

I am so excited about this, I went to the library today to return my book and picked up two new books. One from each of the series I am reading. It is two different series but by the same author, I read the first book in the Trials of Apollo series and the first and second book in the Magnus Chase series. So I picked up the next book for each.

These series are pretty awesome. I used to LOVE reading as a kid but was unable to read for so long, just couldn't get motivated or concentrate long enough to even read a page and it brought me no joy. It was most likely because of the heavy cocktail of psych meds I was on and now that they are finally out of my system I feel like myself again.

I have started to enjoy reading again. And this author is my favorite, Rick Riordan. I definitely plan on buying all of his books at some point so I can have them to read whenever I want. So today has been pretty good!
