We're off to summer vacation in Ireland! Feels wild it's vacation time already. Both June and July have passed in a blur. But this is the optimal time for it work-wise. I've been without a personal project since last Tuesday and have just been chilling, aside from various odd jobs and the [redacted] revamp. We're due for a new batch early next week... but I'm outta here.

I took the train down to my parents' place on Friday, and then on Saturday we drove back up to the airport, which is kinda inefficient but it's fine. Vacation. I had a chill Saturday morning with mocha in the sunroom and then a Pokemon Go excursion with Dad. All the classics.

It's an overnight flight departing at 10:20 pm. Here's the awkward thing: they're serving dinner and breakfast. Who wants dinner at like midnight? And breakfast at like 4 am? Initially we thought we'd try and hold out for the in-flight dinner because, hey, we paid for it. Then we cleared security at like 7:45 pm and there was a food court right there. Well, sure. Dad and I shared a personal pan pizza.
