K-Egg Bacon Honest Review

We have a K-Egg stall in my school's canteen. My friends bought the K Egg Classic Toast the day before, so I decided I'd try the K Egg Bacon for lunch. This is my honest review:

The cheese slice and cheese sauce were rich and delicious, but unfortunately, they were overpowered by the generous amount of mayo added. I want to emphasize that I'm a big fan of mayo - it's just that the balance was off in this case. I watched as the cook added two dollops of mayo to the sandwich from a squeeze bottle while I was waiting.

The bacon was excellent - perfectly cooked to a non-greasy, moderately salty texture that wasn't crispy but still tender enough to tear apart easily.

The brioche was light and fluffy; however, I was disappointed to find that the bottom half wasn't sliced, making it feel like a thick, single piece of bread with a pocket in the upper half and middle part. A partial slice on the bottom would have enhanced the overall experience without causing the filling to spill out.

Overall, I'd rate it an 8/10
