My parents are visiting on the 2nd or August and I am really excited! I have been deep cleaning everything, I reorganized a bunch as well. Listening to the music from the new Sony movie Kpop Demon Hunters LOL. I definitely see why everyone loves this movie so much. They did better in one movie than Disney could ever hope to do in 10+ movies.
Not to hate on Disney or anything, but Sony, DreamWorks, Hasbros, and Paramount, and Pixar have made movies that are a way higher quality than Disney for a long time now. Obviously all of their movies aren't good, I am sure they have some flops. But they have a lot less flops than Disney.
These companies made the How to Train Your Dragon movies, Transformers One that came out this year, Kpop Demon Hunters, all very good movies. Beautiful animation, amazing soundtracks, and heartwarming stories.
And then Disney is over here dropping movies like Wish, Snow white live action, and more. Now Disney has released some good movies recently, I did like the Moana 2 and Aladdin live action. IDK how people feel about the Aladdin live action who grew up watching the animated one, they might feel differently. I enjoyed the Lion King live action as well, but again people who grew up watching the original may or may not like it idk I haven't talked to people much about that.
But it all depends on your taste in movies :)
I haven't liked much of what Disney has done lately, but I LOVE the new Transformers One movie and the Kpop Demon Hunters movie. Some people say I am childish for watching animated movies, LMFAO as if I care about their opinions of me.
Anyway I gotta get back to cleaning, doing the bathroom next (ugh I hate cleaning the bathroom). And then dusting.
