Currently listening to: Spellbound by Siouxsie and the Banshees

I recovered from yesterday's events. I chatted a little bit with my favourite person about music. I want to talk to him, but I am too tired to do so. I might talk with him soon.
Today is the first day that I take my adhd medication again. I forgot to take it for about two weeks. And I notice why I should take them. I feel like I can manage my time better while the medication is working.

I went to the gym again. I noticed how my body looks different from before. I like the change so far. Sadly, I lost some muscle due to being unable to work out during the summer. I hope my depression does not hinder me from working out.

A few things I enjoyed:

Special interest:
I took some notes about quantum mechanics. Even though I like to read about this topic, the book is not fun to read. It's so confusing to read. I hate it. I can't focus that well.

Well then, see you tomorrow!
I'll try to check that music out, sounds cool. Agreed, ADHD meds and exercise changed my life... and you know what, sometimes even your interest-topic media don't do it for you. That happens. Have a nice one! Keep going. And reach out to people you love.
@Fugo Let me know what you think about it.
Exercise gives me some kind of routine, and my brain loves routine. Have a nice day too!
@Mysticochan Oof I forgot— I was thinking just what I had been forgetting to listen today. My brain loves routine too. Maybe a little too much. Haha. But maybe it can be used it a productive way if our brains can create the things it needs (routine) with resources it likely already has (being able to get up and do exercises). Something to think about.
