Took a break today

4:48 AM (of Sunday, October 5th, 2025)

Today is Saturday, October 4th, and I didn't exercise or do much productive things today. I woke up a little bit sore, physically sore, but not really an intense soreness or anything. After reading some info related to soreness and watching videos on it, I wasn't at the soreness level where I couldn't do the same workouts anymore. I could still do all of the workouts just fine, which meant that I wasn't having problems physically, but mentally. I concluded that I had mental fatigue from pushing myself daily, so I took a break today.

I'm still not sure if that was the right decision, as all of my habit streaks ended today, and my soreness evaporated at around 11 AM. By 11 AM, I noticed that pretty much all of my soreness and fatigue went away. I still chose to not exercise again, but this wasn't due to being fatigued or tired anymore, it was because I decided earlier to take a break today, and I just maintained that decision.

So I think I should be stronger tomorrow because I took a break today. I think that's the case, I hope that's the case. I actually had so much energy today that I could have walked for hours on end, but I just lied in bed, browsing the Internet, and playing some Steam games. I was bored. I don't think playing Steam games was the right decision though, I could have worked or done something else, but I wanted to take a "full" break today, so I did.

Anyway, that was my day today. I'll go back to doing everything again tomorrow.
