Walking Helped Me Sleep Longer

Last night I fell asleep for over 7 hours, this is higher than my usual of 5-6 hours. There's probably only a handful of times this year that I got over 7 hours of sleep. I think walking outside in the morning and at night helped tremendously. This was something I started yesterday out of nowhere, I just decided to walk outside again for a bit.

Also despite knowing how good I feel after doing the exercises, and how beneficial the exercises are, I haven't done all my exercises since my last entry. I tried to do them all again yesterday, but fell short. It's so tiring to do all the exercises. I'm doing 30 pull-ups and 30 chin-ups per day, plus a bunch of other exercises. It just takes so much effort. I think I have to push myself to do them, and that's the only way.

This morning my face looked a lot better than yesterday, with my face looking fuller, and my nasolabial folds appearing less. But I had a bunch of new active pimples appear out of nowhere. Looking at my selfies from a few months ago, I literally had zero acne back in June. Now I have a bunch of acne? It's annoying. Also, despite saying that I was done applying any skincare, I lathered on a bunch since saying that. I need to stick to my word and not do that.

Pimples and acne are really annoying. I feel for those that have them now, or had them in the past. It's really been years since my face broke out with any acne, so I haven't known what it was like for a while. It's really annoying. Acne can really ruin the face. My main concern right now is my left face's nasolabial fold. It just looks really annoying. There's also acne growing right on the line, making the line of acne look like a nasolabial fold. It's really annoying. It might be the creams and other stuff that I have applied specifically to that region, which is why acne is growing there in a line. But I have acne all over now, and it's so annoying.

Well, I got a lot of work done today. I did a good job. Things are just so tiring.

I am glad you were able to sleep better! Not getting sleep is awful so I am glad you were able to sleep well! Acne is annoying! I have to cover with a bandaid when I get pimples so I won't pick at my face because of how they feel it bothers me.
