It was probably due to not smiling in so long, but my smiles today look so different from months ago. I used to blame it on minoxidil, but actually, there was months where I smiled and it was the same as prior to minoxidil. It was when I didn't smile in 4+ months that when I smiled again, my smile looked odd. You can see it in the first before / after.
The first photo is my smile prior to minoxidil, and the second is my smile after months of not smiling in a while. It looks odd. It's actually because my smile lines recovered, the creases actually improved, and so my dimples became smaller. The dimples recovered from the bottom though, you can see it on the left side of my face (right side in your view) that the dimple or smile line only goes halfway instead of making the full arc.
Anyway, this is a trick I discovered. I discovered it because it is nowhere else on the Internet as far as I'm aware. The second photo shows this difference, and the third photo highlights it. I just pushed on my crease or smile line, pushed inwards, and it created a new crease inwards that overrode the outer crease.
I'm sure if I keep this up, this new smile can be permanent. Is that a good idea though?
