I had my physical therapy today. It was a bit more rough than the first appointment. I got my daily Physical therapy stretches and they have an app/patient portal where I can do my daily stretches.
I was talking with my physical therapist and we agreed a rollator with a seat likely wouldn't help because the problem isn't stability but stamina and endurance and pain. She said it would be a good idea for me to order a portable stool on amazon and told me they have those for camping.
Well guess what? I got home and there was a package for me. I checked several times and it was addressed to me. I opened it and it was a portable stool, one of those camping ones. It's very sturdy I tried and it will be very helpful for grocery shopping so I can sit and not be in pain waiting for the others to finish shopping.
I texted my parents and asked if they had ordered it because I didn't order anything and based on her response I know it was my mom. But I really am grateful for that. A random and unexpected act of kindness. Really warms my heart.
And I got to see the sunset on the bus ride back it was BEAUTIFUL!
