Walked Outside

The past 2 weeks pretty much nothing happened. I've not been productive except for work, which I've been doing a marvelous job at. I haven't studied any Godot nor worked on anything personal since last month. I haven't really exercised or done much since then either. Just two weeks of nothingness, gone in a flash.

It's really quite unbelievable how much change can happen in just a single day, and yet I've seemingly wasted every single day up until now. I did walk outside today though, out in the sort of cold. I walked up and down this one street, which feels like a really short walk, but it's really 8k steps back and forth. I took over 10k steps throughout the day today.

I think it's perhaps the cold or maybe my lack of sleep, but I've not been recovering well apparently. It's been like 2 days since I last did any pull-ups, and I went to the gym tonight, and I could only do a single pull-up because my muscles were still sore. Even flexing, to the extreme, hurts my muscles a little. I've not experienced this before.

It's kind of interesting. Maybe it's due to my weight gain too? I thought gaining weight would help regain fat to my face, specifically my cheeks, but it mainly just went below my chin and around the sides of my face instead, nothing to the front, nothing to my cheeks. I have this fat chin now and a sort of fat looking face, but I am still missing cheeks and a lot of areas are still pretty flat. Most of the weight just went to my stomach, so I'm on a quest to lose that weight again.

There are these volumizing creams I've purchased recently and started using recently, Adipeau and Sculpup. I've started applying them to my face a couple of weeks ago, I still don't really see any difference. If they don't make any difference within like 3-4 months, I'm going to get Renuva, which i a fat growth injection to the face. I'm desperately wanting to do this due to minoxidil causing facial aging, and due to me losing a ton of facial volume from fasting, red light therapy, and microcurrent all at the same time.

Anyway, I'm slowly getting back on track of things. I'm going to try walking every morning and evening, and exercise too.

There is a tremendous lack of sleep that I'm having. I'm just never feeling sleepy at night. I only go to sleep once I feel sleepy, but it's been several nights where I don't feel sleepy at all, except in the morning. There was one day where I was awake for 24+ hours a few days ago, and it's because I never felt sleepy enough to go to sleepy. One hint I heard of is to tire yourself out throughout the day, so at night time you feel sleepy. I need to tire myself out so that at night time I feel sleepy.

Anyway, that was my day today.
