Oh today is a great day! I managed to get a good sleep and a good meditation time. I get my tasks done early in the day and achieved my daily goal of 10 poms (and a few more).
Hence now it's late evening and my body just screams 'break time!' haha so I did. Now just relaxing with calm music, and did my most favourite thing in this world: painting. I used to put it in my Habit (in Habitica), now I changed it to Reward, since it is so natural for me to want to do it.
For tonight I want to sleep early. I remembered to eat today haha and I had a hearty meal. I'm more self-concious now than before on my eating; not 'cause I ate too much but because I eat too less -and I don't even realized it until recently *sigh
Tomorrow will be a very busy day on its own (already planned them with my usual OTT technique). It is really sticking and working on me. When really necessary, I still do precise planning for tomorrow, but the backbone is OTT, and it's what's stuck in my mind and kept my focus for the day. The rest is flexible.
