When I was thinking about writing this entry, I started overthinking on what to record. For example do I give a little backstory or something? But then I realized that this is just for me, to record my thoughts for the day. In other words it doesn't really matter what I write.
Today was nothing very special. I'm currently doing a home quarantine as I had just come back from another country, I'm on my 13th day I believe, so on the morning of the 15th my quarantine will be over.
As for what I have done today, I started out with watching some videos on YouTube, I've been meaning to cut down the amount of time I spend on YouTube and overall social media, but it's quite difficult due to the lack of entertainment around the house. But I suppose to be able to curve the amount of watch time I spend on YouTube, I want to try planning out my days beforehand, so won't have the urge to resort to YouTube to waste hours of my time because I'm bored.
In other news I played some games, Spiral Knights and Don't Starve Together. Though they are fun games, I don't find many games fun without the presence of friends.My mother wants me to cut her hair, but she's been putting it off for a while now. I suppose it's due to my lack of experience with cutting hair. But there's always a first for everything. I'll probably watch a few videos on how to cut hair so I can do a subpar job in cutting my mother's hair.
I decided to join many more challenges today for Habitica, as to earn more gems for my party. I'm hoping when I finish quarantine, things will become more interesting.
I plan on going out for ice cream with this girl (Meg) I know. When I asked her, I was talking to her sister, jokingly asking the sister if she wanted to go on a date to go get ice cream. She refused and told me to go ask her sister, Meg. And so I did, though Meg had no context of the conversation I had with her sister, so it was most likely very random for her. I asked her, and I don't think she took me seriously, as we did not go to get ice cream since. But about a week ago Meg texted me and asked about the ice cream date, though I'm not sure if she thinks its a serious date. I'm not totally sure myself, as I'm down for whatever. I look forward to the "date" but I have yet to find a place on where I should go to get ice cream..... I'll have to look up some locations.
That's pretty much all for today, hopefully tomorrow is a more exciting day as I'll be cutting my mother's hair.
Ohh you're in quarantaine, that's good. I don't know how it's here, but i heard a lot of people went on vacation and now the Corona cases are rising again. And schools in NRW are completely open again, with hygene rules but seriously, a lot of people don't really stick to them -.- The problem is: now i can't go as much as before. Not that i would, but: i am on a different school than my sister with both being completely open, so a lot of students. Noone know if someone is unknowingly infected or not. But if: how fast it would spread! My small group leader, who'll not be that inoficially anymore because she's moving to France completely soon, is now here for a short while and wants to go eat ice cream. I'd love to go but because of the current situation i can't. I want to reduce contact to only the important ones (which includes the sunday church session which is outside). But imagine, what if someone at school gets it, then i get in contact with it, and then i go to church and infect the technical team i help out :/ I really hope that won't happen!!!
