Day 3

Well I finally went out today, after two weeks stuck inside due to quarantining. To be perfectly frank, going out wasn’t that big of a deal. The first thing I did was check out the new house, figuring out where to put what and all that. In 4 days the mover will come and move everything.

Another event that happened today, was I went to the cell phone store and got my phone’s data plan fixed. This morning I dropped my phone and shattered the screen, despite there being a screen protector on it. The one thing the screen protector was to protect and it failed. The screen protector only had a few cracks compare to the actual phone screen. Luckily it still works, and I’ll have to continue to use it until I can get it fixed.

I went out to eat as well. I haven’t gone out to eat for about half a year due to Covid outbreak. It was quite nice, having a different kind of cuisine other than what my mother usually makes. Not saying it’s bad or anything, but simply a nice change of pace.

I was talking to a friend, via video call, and realized my friend couldn’t understand jokes all that well. I was chatting with my older brother about when my younger brother would say, “I’ll remember that.” whenever I did something that would annoy him, such as leaving him to do all the chores. So my older brothers said that maybe he was waiting for some grand scheme when he becomes an adult. I replied maybe I’ll get in a car crash and he’ll just go, “you remember that time you (insert that time I was annoying)?” I dunno if it’s funny now that I’ve explained it, but ah well.

I have yet to cut my mother’s hair and have not found a ice cream shop yet. That’s all for today.
