I did my homework early today

10:48 PM (of Wednesday, October 7th 2020)

Today is Tuesday, October 6th 2020 and overall it was an alright day. I can't really say that anything too different happened today. I woke up, had work, worked on stuff, and then work ended. After work I didn't really do that much. I think I just browsed the Internet and watched some movies. I really wanted to walk outside again at night, but I thought I had homework due so I worked on that instead.

One special thing that did occur today though was that I thought my homework was due tonight. One of my assignments is a forum discussion assignment where we answer questions and reply to each other in a forum. Normally when I put in my answer and responses, I'm one of the last people to post. I'm usually in the top 3 last people that post and by that point there's 80+ different posts by other people. When I did this assignment today, there were less than 30 posts. So my first reaction was confusion. Did other people drop out or just leave the class? I had no idea why there were so few posts today.

I also worked on my other assignments too, all tonight. They didn't take that long to complete, maybe just 1-2 hours, but I still usually wait last minute even though I could do it so much earlier. Anyway, this entire time I was working on homework I thought it would be due tonight. Well I woke up the next morning and found out the previous day was actually Tuesday, and that I had done my homework early for once! It wasn't a bad feeling, although I felt like weekend got pushed back a day.

Yeah I can complete my homework assignments a lot earlier. I can complete them basically the same day that they're assigned. I think I'm going to start and try doing that starting on Thursday when the new assignments get sent. I think it's a good thing to try out, whether or not there ary any benefits to doing assignments early versus late.

So anyway that was my day today.
