I was recently diagnosed with ADHD and I started using Habitica to help with my executive function. One of the challenges is to write in a journal every day for a week and I’m hoping it will help with my emotional regulation. I’m really excited to try this because my executive dysfunction can get pretty bad and I think turning daily tasks into a game will help a lot. Not much is going on in my life right now but I’m hoping this will help me feel more enriched.
