The last month has been so hectic for me. Spring term started, my parents separated, my sister got a puppy, I rescued a feral cat (technically in January), and I have two part time jobs. I ended up having a breakdown about 2.5 weeks ago from the stress of it all. I feel constantly busy, but there's always so much more to do. Between my jobs, class, and homework I work from 9am - 6pm, with a thirty minute to cook lunch for myself and my grandmother. And before and after I have to help care for all the animals (5 total now, three dogs and two cats). Then I do more homework from 9pm-11pm. Yet despite all of this, I've still fallen behind in my studies. It's exhausting. Sorry, I just needed to rant a bit.
What about some good things that have happened? Well, that cat I rescued (we named her Beatrice) has adjusted pretty well to house cat life. She's still very skittish and doesn't really like to be touched, but she loves having a warm blanket and being fed and played with. My dog Lucky got a vet check up and is declared to be very healthy for a 12 year old, though they suggest he lose about 5 pounds. I also took a break to play Pokemon Go during the Kanto event two weekends ago. So that was fun.
That's all I have for today. I'm going to try to get back into the habit of writing, I think it would be good to set aside even a little time each day to do something other than work.
Sounds super busy! It's super sweet that you adopted a kitty, I'm glad she's doing well! I play pokemon go too pretty regularly. I didn't buy the pass for the kanto tour because I didn't think I could finish the research tasks, but I did play for a little while and it was fun :)
