Be in bed, ready to sleep by 10 PM

I managed to get all the above done only to realize that I set my alarm wrong on my stereo when I woke up. The time was right, but the input that it was supposed to be on (tuner) was wrong. As a result, I woke up at 10:30. I also woke up at 1 am and couldn't get back to sleep. I got up and made myself another cup of nighttime tea. All in all, I was awake for more than an hour. It also took me quite a while to fall into a deeper sleep. My eyes were heavy, but I could hear and feel everything around me; for how long, I am not sure.

Despite the hiccup, this is a small start. I got enough sleep that I felt energized. I changed my bedsheets (finally), and I am so far on top of what I want to do today. I sent an email to someone that should have been sent a month or more ago.

Having absolutely no desire to do anything really did slow me down. I am the only one with the power to change me for the better. I must keep in mind to pace myself and not put too much pressure on myself.

@Miya-Miya Tonight I am a little behind on the new routine due to a late dinner. but I am still sticking to it despite the delay.

@Miya-Miya On day four already, think I have worked out most of the kinks, just have to accept the fact that there will be factors that are out of my control.
